Welcome to my first-ever blog! Yes, I am one of those people who does not use Facebook and has never blogged. (I wasn’t even sure what a blog was for that matter…but with Gretchen’s expertise, I WILL be a blogger!). I’m super excited! I am not exactly a ‘techie’ and my small “brick” cell phone slides both ways AND has a key pad; yet, I have dropped it many, many times and it still provides me with stellar service.

You may have seen me around the pools when your kids are taking their swim lessons. I am the one passing out re-sign forms for upcoming sessions and handing out important information (and sweating!). I also answer phones and make phone calls from the office.

My name is Carol Schottke and I am the newest addition to the Waterworks On Wheels team. I have been married for 27 years, have two boys (16yrs & 21yrs), and a big old yellow lab (13yrs). I just so happen to be the sister of Waterworks’ owner, Janice!

It has been exciting to see your kids swimming and the quick progress they have made in such a short time! It’s even more fun since it has coincided with the Summer Olympics and our fantastic US athletes.
