Payment Made Easy

Waterworks On Wheels clients enjoy the benefit of NO EFT contracts, no additional fees and no hassle when making a payment. We WILL NOT require a contract or cancellation form to be submitted. We make it simple — after your first session with Waterworks On Wheels, we will ASK YOU if you’d like to re-sign for an additional session. If you do, then we’ll take your payment. If you don’t, we’ll hope to see you again at a later date!

Another benefit of Waterworks On Wheels pricing is that there are no hidden costs for each session. For instance, with Waterworks you get eight lessons for the set price. Period. With other swim schools you may be quoted a ‘monthly’ price, but be aware of how many lessons you receive each month.

Cancellation Policy

If you are a new Waterworks On Wheels client, you will have 24 hours from the date of registration (whether registering by phone or online) to cancel without consequence. If you choose to cancel after three business days from the date of registration, you are not eligible for a refund but may use the payment toward the following session.

Continuing Waterworks On Wheels clients have 24 hours from the date you re-sign (whether re-signing by phone, verbally with the instructor, or by signing the re-sign sheet at your lesson) to cancel without consequence. If you choose to cancel after three business days from the date of re-signing, you are not eligible for a refund; however, you may use the entire payment toward the following session.

Declined Debit or Credit Card Policy

Waterworks On Wheels is responsible for paying a fee when a debit or credit card is declined, whether it is declined due to lack of funds OR because the card has been canceled and a new card re-issued. We understand that there are times when you may need an extension on making a payment, or that it is sometimes necessary to cancel a stolen or lost credit card, but you must inform Waterworks On Wheels if your credit card cannot be charged within three business days from the date of registration or re-signing. If your card is declined and results in Waterworks being charged a fee, you will be charged $7.50 in addition to the session payment that is owed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand our position in this matter.

Make-Up Lesson Policy

There are no ‘official’ make-ups if you miss a class. Waterworks does its best to keep overhead low so that you can continue to benefit from our quality lessons at an affordable price. If it is possible for your child to join another class for a make-up lesson, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please be advised that this is not a guarantee that we will have room to offer you a make-up.
