Adult Swim Lessons

Adult Swim Lessons with Waterworks On Wheels – from Beginners to Triathletes

Our adult swim program is a unique program based on the concept that every adult has individual skills and goals. Our patient, experienced and inspiring instructor will work with you one-on-one to achieve your individual goals.

Connie Lagerhausen is an amazing adult swim instructor. A one of a kind! She has assisted everyone from a fearful client that cannot stand water to a triathlon trainee wanting to improve swim time in a race… and everything in-between. Connie has helped hundreds to achieve (above and beyond) their personal goals by being encouraging, knowledgeable and by going the extra mile with practice routines, follow-ups and TLC.  We have found that one-on-one private lessons work best due to the individual levels of adult swimmers, or having one or two partners of similar ability to save money and have fun!” -

Adult Lessons are held at Fitness Forum Health Club, serving Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert and the Phoenix-Metro area. From beginning swimmers to triathletes, our professional aquatic instructor Connie Lagerhausen can provide the skills and support you need in the pool! Fitness Forum boasts having one of the only 25 meter indoor pools in the East Valley

“If Connie can teach me to swim, she can teach you to swim. I came to Connie with the goal of completing my first triathlon, knowing the doggie paddle wasn’t going to cut it. Connie started coaching me, and just a few months later I completed a 400M lake swim and went on to finish my first triathlon. I was hooked! However, I looked like a snowplow in the water. We continued to work on my form, and I continued to compete in triathlons. Over the next couple years I continued working with Connie, first on an individual basis and later through her Endurance Swimming classes. We worked on my form, efficiency and endurance. This past November, after having worked with Connie throughout the year with special workouts and focused practices, I completed a 2.4 Mile swim as the first leg of Ironman Arizona and went on to become an Ironman a year earlier than planned! Thank you Connie for your dedication to the sport of swimming, your encouragement and your friendship!”  - J. Roland

Adult Testimonials Continued

“I can’t say enough great things about Waterworks On Wheels’ Adult Swim Lessons. Once my husband saw the difference in my swimming, he decided it was time to take some lessons too! For anyone who this they are too old to learn how to swim, or if you just want to brush up on your form, I highly recommend Connie. I can honestly say the lessons are worth every penny.” -K. Barnes

“I wanted to participate in sprint triathlons, but in order to do so I needed to take swim lessons. I started lessons with Connie at Waterworks on Wheels and haven’t looked back. My lessons each week continue to challenge and improve my stroke, form and endurance. I highly recommend Waterworks on Wheels (and Connie!) for swim lessons.”  -C. Wilson
